RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It's important you are fully satisfied with your purchase! To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@bigoudibigouda.com and we will respond within 2 business days with instructions for you to return or exchange your item. 

OUR POLICIES:

Customer is responsible for shipping product back to Bigoudi Bigouda. 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original invoice date. Discontinued merchandise, custom orders, and items received in used condition are not eligible for return. Ineligible returns received will be returned to the sender. New and unused merchandise returned after 30 days are valid for store credit only. 
• All refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Refunds granted will be for the cost of the purchased item only. 
• All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
• If you are shipped defective item(s) or receive incorrect item(s) in your order, please contact us at info@bigoudibigouda.com within 10 days of purchase so we can return or replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
• Once received, a refund for the  order invoice amount will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method. Returns are typically processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take as many as 14 days to post back to your account.
